Escalafones de oficiales y suboficiales . La antigüedad de los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, determinada en la forma establecida en el Artículo 62 del Decreto 612 de 1977 y en el Artículo 80 del presente Decreto, debe reflejarse en el orden de colocación de sus nombres en la disposición de ascenso y en el respectivo escalafón el cual se actualizará anualmente por los Comandos de Fuerza. En el caso de los oficiales, a nivel Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares se preparará anualmente el escalafón general o integrado de las tres Fuerzas.
