Destinase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00) como auxilio y cooperación nacional a la ciudad de Facatativá (Cundinamarca), para la realización de las obras publicas y de utilidad social, que se relacionan en la presente Ley, para las cuales se han llenado los requisitos legales.
