- Fallecimiento del empleado con derecho a pensión . Cuando fallezca un empleado oficial que hubiere causado en su favor el derecho a pensión de jubilación, por reunir los requisitos legales, sin haberla hecho efectiva en vida, ese derecho se transmite a las personas señaladas en el artículo 92 de este Decreto, para el solo efecto de recibir de la entidad obligada el pago de la pensión que le hubiere correspondido al causante, durante los dos años a que se refiere la citada norma legal.
