º . Suprímanse cinco (5) cargos de Trabajadores Oficiales de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas - Ferrovías en Liquidación.

Parágrafo

Las funciones y actividades propias de las distintas dependencias de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas -Ferrovías- en Liquidación serán cumplidas por una planta de personal de sesenta y ocho (68) Trabajadores Oficiales.
