La Agencia Nacional de Tierras, tendrá como domicilio la ciudad de Bogotá, D.C., ejercerá sus funciones a nivel nacional, para lo cual contará con Unidades de gestión Territorial, que ejecutarán sus competencias en áreas delimitadas del territorio.
