° Continuarán funcionando en Leticia la Notaría y Oficina de Registro de instrumentos públicos y privados, creadas por Decreto número 761 de 1931. El Notario y el Registrador tendrá, cada uno, una asignación mensual de ciento treinta y cinco pesos. Estos sueldos se irán disminuyendo hasta suprimirlos, a medida que el movimiento de la propiedad aumente hasta ser bastante a remunerar a dichos empleados en la forma análoga en que están los de su clase. Los nombramientos respectivos los hará el Gobierno Nacional.
