°. Certificación de la inscripción en el registro mercantil de los patrimonios autónomos afectos a actividades empresariales . Con base en la inscripción del patrimonio autónomo de que trata el artículo anterior, las cámaras de comercio expedirán la certificación respectiva, firmada por el secretario o quien haga sus veces, en el formato adoptado para el efecto, el cual deberá contener como mínimo la fecha de inscripción del contrato en el registro mercantil y las partes que lo suscriben.
