º . El artículo 3º del Decreto 3050 de 2002, quedará así: "Artículo 3º. Sesiones . La Comisión de Estudios operará, una vez se integre, en forma permanente hasta la aprobación del Plan Nacional d e Desarrollo en el Conpes. En todo caso, la Comisión deberá consignar sus acuerdos en actas que den soporte a los mismos. La Comisión podrá realizar invitaciones a funcionarios gubernamentales, expertos, académicos, representantes de las comunidades y otros sectores sociales".
