SE EFECTÚA AL MOMENTO DEL PAGO. Cuando se trate de pagos por concepto de premios de loterías, rifas, apuestas y similares, el impuesto de ganancias ocasionales debe ser retenido por las personas naturales o jurídicas encargadas de efectuar el paga en el momento del mismo.
