El concesionario que renuncie a un contrato o el concesionario al que se le haya declarado la caducidad, no podrá presentar ni por sí ni por interpuesta persona, nueva solicitud de licencia de exploración o propuesta de concesión, dentro de los cinco (5) años siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia que acepte la renuncia o que declare la caducidad.
