Art. 135. Al recibir en el depósito el tabaco elaborado en cigarros, el administrador o estanquero proveedor lo pesará, abonando por merma de las respectivas porciones que hubiere entregado para elaborar, hasta cuatro libras por arroba, si el tabaco entregado lo hubiere sido en hojas, andullos o tangos; i una i media libras por arroba, si hubiere sido del de hojas llamado de rollo o longaniza.
