º. Creación y Naturaleza. La ley 106 del 30 de diciembre de 1993, crea el Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y presupuesto propio, adscrito a la Contraloría General de la República, sujeto a las disposiciones de la Ley 106 de 1993, a las normas de este estatuto y a las que reglamentan los establecimientos públicos, en tanto que no le sean contrarias.
