El Parágrafo Primero Del Artículo 2

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2.1.2.2.13. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

Se exceptúa de estas disposiciones las corporaciones financieras de creación legal en las cuales la Nación o sus entidades descentralizadas mantengan el cincuenta por ciento (50%) o más del capital social".
