ARTICULO 193 . Notificación por funcionario comisionado . Cuando la notificación deba hacerse en forma personal a quien se halle privado de libertad en lugar diferente de aquel en que se adelante la instrucción o el juzgamiento, se comisionará a la autoridad encargada del establecimiento carcelario, salvo cuando fuere indispensable la intervención del funcionario judicial.
