Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la Ley 1676 de 2013, el pago de la obligación tributaria en todos los casos se deberá realizar atendiendo la prelación legal del crédito fiscal establecida en el Código Civil, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Título VIII del Libro Quinto de este Estatuto.
