El personal de las Aduanas y de la Policía Fiscal, podrá ser trasladado mediante resolución de la Dirección General de Aduanas, sin que se requiera nuevo nombramiento y posesión. El trasladado tendrá derecho al valor del trasporte de él y de su cónyuge y se le reconocerán viáticos por no menos de seis (6) días como prima de traslado.
