- El Registrador procederá a cancelar un registro o inscripción cuando se le presente la prueba de la cancelación del título o acto a que la inscripción se refiere. Dicha prueba será expedida por el funcionario en cuya oficina se encuentra el título original o acto inscrito o registrado.
