En la recepción de la indagatoria sólo el funcionario de instrucción podrá dirigir preguntas al procesado. La intervención del apoderado en ella no le dará derecho para insinuar al sindicado las respuestas que debe dar, y únicamente podrá objetar al funcionario las interrogaciones que no haga en forma legal y correcta.
