Artículo único. Autorízase la adhesión de Colombia al Convenio sobre establecimiento del Fondo Andino de Reservas, suscrito por los Gobiernos de Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Venezuela en desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo 89 del Acuerdo de Cartagena.
