El Gerente o Director de un Establecimiento Público, en caso de irregularidad en el manejo presupuestal, podrá solicitar al Ministro de Hacienda y crédito Público o al director General del Presupuesto, la práctica de vistas de Inspección Presupuestal, independientemente de la acción penal correspondiente.
