Para los efectos de los dos artículos anteriores, se entiende por terminación de los estudios de derecho, el haber cursado y aprobado todos los cursos del pénsum de estudios del respectivo instituto, colegio, facultad o universidad, aunque no se hayan presentado los exámenes preparatorios de grado.
