Art. 6.° Para la cumplida ejecucion de esta lei, se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto del periodo fiscal en curso la partida do veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000); i anualmente se votará una suma que no baje de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1,500) con el objeto de ayudar a los gastos de composicion i de que la via se conserve en perfecto estado de servicio.
