Las bases de esta reglamentación serán las contenidas en la Ley 94 de 1937 , relativa al ejercicio de la profesión de ingeniería. De esta facultad podrá hacer uso el Gobierno hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1943.
La Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos será cuerpo consultivo del Gobierno en las materias de su ramo.
