La vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de "SATENA", corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República y se ejecutará conforme a las normas de la Ley 151 de 1959 y demás disposiciones sobre la materia, para lo cual ésta prescribirá los métodos de contabilidad y dictará las reglamentaciones acordes con su índole, que garanticen su economía administrativa y hagan fácil y expedito su funcionamiento.
