Las víctimas tienen derecho a utilizar la Shib Romaní o lengua gitana en todos aquellos procedimientos en los que deban intervenir y ser informados sobre los mecanismos y procedimientos para hacer efectivos sus derechos a la verdad, la justicia, la reparación. En estos casos el Estado se servirá de intérpretes.
