ARTICULO 83. Para efectos del presente Decreto, se reconocerá la transformación de un vehículo cuando sean reemplazados en conjunto por partes nuevas por lo menos los siguientes elementos fundamentales: motor, caja de velocidades y transmisión, además de la remodelación de la carrocería. En todo caso el vehículo debe quedar en perfecto estado de funcionamiento.
