Del Decreto 3272 De 1981 Quedara Así: El Ejecutor De Las Decisiones Del Comité Y Ordenador De Gastos Con Cargo Al Fondo De Servicios Docentes Será El Rector O Director Del Plantel, Quien Para El Cumplimiento De Estas Funciones Deberá Sujetarse A Las Normas Generales De Carácter Administrativo Que Regulen El Manejo De Estos Fondos

Artículo primero. El artículo 7º del Decreto 3272 de 1981 quedara así: El ejecutor de las decisiones del comité y ordenador de gastos con cargo al Fondo de Servicios Docentes será el rector o director del plantel, quien Para el cumplimiento de estas funciones deberá sujetarse a las normas generales de carácter administrativo que regulen el manejo de estos fondos.

Parágrafo

En los establecimientos dependientes del Ministerio de Educación Nacional en donde funcionen jornadas paralelas, el ordenador del Fondo será el rector que determine la Dirección General de Administración e Inspección Educativa del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
