º . Modifícase el numeral 1º del artículo 1º del Decreto 755 de 2000, de la siguiente manera: 1. Capital mínimo. Acreditar, siempre que pretendan acceder a líneas de redescuento, un capital suscrito y pagado o capital fiscal equivalente al capital mínimo previsto en el artículo 80 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero para las compañías de financiamiento comercial, el cual se ajustará anualmente en forma automática en el mismo sentido y porcentaje en que varíe el índice de precios al consumidor que suministre el DANE.
