° Unificar bajo una misma dirección la administración de los siguientes institutos docentes del orden Nacional, así: Colegio Sergio Arboleda, jornada de la mañana; Instituto Andrés Bello, jornada de la tarde; y Colegio José María Obando, jornada de la noche. En consecuencia de lo anterior, el Ministro de Educación Nacional designará el Rector correspondiente.
