FINALIDADES DEL REGIMEN. El régimen subsidiado tiene como propósito financiar la atención en salud a las personas pobres y vulnerables y sus grupos familiares que no tienen capacidad de cotizar. La forma y las condiciones de operación de este régimen serán determinadas por el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud.
