Régimen disciplinario. Los cuerpos de bomberos voluntarios estarán sometidos al régimen disciplinario establecido en el Decreto 953 de 1997 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya. De igual manera a los estatutos, reglamentos y normas concordantes. Su nombre, emblemas, insignias, uniformes y demás elementos de identificación no podrán ser usados por ninguna otra persona, organización, vehículo o entidad.

Los cuerpos de bomberos oficiales y aeronáuticos estarán sometidos al régimen disciplinario establecido en la Ley 734 de 2002, o la norma que lo modifique o lo sustituya.
