Art. 2°. El Gobernador del Departamento de Antioquia cuidará de que la comprobación de la calidad de baldíos, la mensura de los terrenos que por el artículo anterior se le ceden al Departamento, y la adjudicación de ellos, se hagan de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales y ejecutivas sobre adjudicación de tierras baldías.
