Art. 259. El Administrador no dará licencia para la estraccion de la sal que llegue al puerto sin la previa presentacion del manifiesto, i que se haya otorgado por el introductor una obligacion con dos fiadores de pagar los derechos de importacion en el caso de que la sal no haya sido reesportada dentro de seis meses.
