Apruébase igualmente el Protocolo Adicional al Convenio Hipólito Unanue que a la letra dice: PROTOCOLO ADICIONAL AL CONVENIO HIPOLITO UNANUE Los Gobiernos de las Repúblicas de Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Perú y Venezuela, representados por sus Ministros de Salud, con el propósito de ampliar y hacer realidad los objetivos del Convenio Hipólito Unanue, suscrito en la ciudad de Lima, Perú, el día 18 de diciembre de 1971, y el Acuerdo de Creación de los Organismos Permanentes del Convenio, suscrito en la ciudad de Quito, Ecuador, el 6 de julio de 1973, Resuelven suscribir el presente Protocolo Adicional.
