El Banco se denominará Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, y tendrá su asiento principal y domicilio en la ciudad de Bogotá. La Junta Directiva del Banco establecerá sucursales o agencias en las capitales de los Departamentos o en otras plazas del país, de acuerdo con las necesidades y el desarrollo del tráfico y de la agricultura.
