º Si se recibieren varias propuestas sobre un mismo sector o grupo de minas, el Ministerio escogerá con cuál de los proponentes prefiere contratar, teniendo en cuenta las ventajas efectivas que se ofrezcan a favor del Estado, la capacidad técnica y financiera de los proponentes, su efectiva experiencia en el ramo de minas de veta y la garantía en la eficiencia de la explotación.
