El uso, manejo, intervención y demás funciones relacionadas con los aplicativos tecnológicos, sistemas informativos y electrónicos que sirvan de soporte o consulta para el ejercicio de las funciones de las Entidades Públicas Participantes Colombianas, estará limitado de manera exclusiva a los funcionarios y/o contratistas de estas, salvo que medie convenio interadministrativo que estipule su acceso por funcionarios de las demás Entidades Públicas Participantes Colombianas.
