Adiciónese un numeral al artículo 35 de la Ley 1341 de 2009 , el cual quedará así:

Podrá financiar actividades, campañas y concursos que promuevan la producción y comunicación del blog y otros contenidos creativos digitales dentro de la Semana Nacional del Blog y otros contenidos creativos digitales.
