Queda absolutamente prohibido el uso del uniforme militar o de alguna de sus prendas por personas ajenas a la institución y por Oficiales retirados del servicio que no tengan autorización para ello, según lo prescrito por el artículo 83 de este Reglamento. Se considera como falta disciplinaria grave el hecho de que se facilite alguna prenda de uniforme para que sea usada indebidamente.
