Art. 66. Cuando los administradores se ausenten por hacer la visita a los estancos, darán aviso de ello a la Gobernación de la provincia i a la Dirección de la renta, como también de la persona que dejen encargada para el despacho de los asuntos urjentes que ocurran en el caso de que no haya interventor que lo sustituya.
