Ley 2291 de 2023 · por medio de la cual se transforma la naturaleza jurídica del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología Empresa Social del Estado, se define su objeto, funciones, estructura y régimen legal.

El Instituto Nacional de Cancerología (INC) tendrá como domicilio la ciudad de Bogotá, D. C., ejercerá sus funciones a nivel nacional, para lo cual podrá contar con dependencias y centros regionales en el nivel territorial.

Parágrafo

El Instituto Nacional de Cancerología (INC) podrá celebrar convenios interadministrativos con las entidades territoriales, con el fin de establecer seccionales o implementar en los municipios y departamentos los diferentes planes, programas y proyectos del instituto.
