De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 4º,

Parágrafo 3

, de la Ley 61 de 1979, los contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán presentar el certificado de paz y salvo del Fondo Nacional del Carbón, expedido por Carbocol, por concepto del impuesto sobre explotación de carbón del respectivo año gravable, para que les sean reconocidas las deducciones y exenciones solicitadas en sus declaraciones de renta y patrimonio.
