Cuando la Superintendencia tenga noticia de alguna irregularidad en una notaria, enviará visitador para que investigue. El resultado se consignará en un acta; si de ella apareciere que se ha cometido falta disciplinaria, el superintendente le correrá traslado al notario por ocho días para que presente sus descargos y solicite o porte pruebas, las que se practicaran, si fueren conducentes dentro de los quince días siguientes. Vencido dicho término la superintendencia fallara mediante resolución motivada, dentro de los treinta días siguientes.
