Toda irregularidad que se advierta en el manejo de los fondos que de cualquier modo beneficien al Internado-escuela, explotación de la finca, conservación de maquinarias y herramientas, animales, etc., se imputará al Director. A su turno, autorízase a éste para establecer con el visto bueno de la Intendencia, las respectivas sanciones a su personal subalterno, tendientes a evitar o reponer la pérdida o deterioro por el mal uso de los elementos del Internado.
