Aclaración de actas y constancias. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 7 del artículo 4 de la Ley 2220 de 2022, de oficio o a solicitud de parte, el Conciliador podrá aclarar la respectiva acta o constancia, cuando la misma tenga errores aritméticos, caligráficos, tipográficos, de digitación, problemas de legibilidad, errores por omisión, cambio de palabras o alteración de estas. Esta aclaración podrá hacerla mediante un documento explicativo que irá anexo al acta o constancia original y por ningún motivo la aclaración podrá cambiar o dar alcance al contenido material del acuerdo.
