La partida que; por esta Ley se decreta, será destinada al ensanche y terminación del edificio en construcción de dicho Asilo, y en la Junta Administradora de ella intervendrá un representante del Ministerio de Higiene y el Gobernador del Cauca, o la persona a quien éste delegue su representación.
