Asociado: Es el beneficiario de la libranza vinculado a una cooperativa o cualquier entidad sin ánimo de lucro legalmente constituida que autoriza a la entidad pagadora, para que descuente de sus aportes o ahorros, el valor determinado en la libranza y lo transfiera, de manera directa, a la entidad operadora de libranza o descuento directo o al autorizado legalmente para recaudar y administrar el flujo.
