Antes de producirse la sentencia por demandas instauradas contra las disposiciones originadas del Ministerio de Guerra, en relación con las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Estatuto corresponderá al Fiscal del Consejo de Estado pedirle al Ministerio Guerra todas las pruebas o informaciones que hayan motivado la providencia causante de tal demanda.
