Las instituciones financieras que administren los patrimonios y encargos descritos en los artículos 2° y 3° de este decreto, podrán prestar asesoría a las entidades territoriales y sus descentralizadas en la emisión de los bonos pensionales correspondientes y podrán realizar la administración de dichas emisiones.
