Art. 32. Se exceptúan de la disposición del artículo anterior las notificaciones que enseguida se expresan las cuales se harán personalmente

1º la del auto en que se confiere traslado de un demanda.

2º la del auto en que se manda a citar a una persona para absolver posiciones.

3º la de los autos o audiencias que por disposición especial se sean necesario notificar personalmente y.

La de los autos con sentencias que deben notificasen a los agentes del ministerio público.
